Rights and provenance

Evidence should stay accountable.

design.live turns permissioned brand and product references into guidance for coding agents. That only works if every source remains traceable and every rights request has a real operational path.

01

Source provenance

Imported evidence retains its provider, source URL, capture time, product, platform, content hash and permission record. Derived analysis never replaces that source record.

02

Trademarks and attribution

Names, marks and product imagery remain the property of their respective owners. References identify the source product; they do not imply endorsement of design.live.

03

Permission boundaries

Provider material is private by default. Public delivery requires a current, verified and retained permission record whose scope covers the specific distribution channel.

04

Correction and takedown

Every request enters an auditable queue. Takedowns are prioritized, and a removal or correction is linked to the request and an append-only publication event.

Audited intake

Request a review.

Use this form for an inaccurate reference, a rights or permission change, a brand-owner claim, or a request to remove material. Include the exact design.live or upstream URL when possible.

We use your contact details only to investigate and respond. For an urgent issue that cannot be submitted here, email hello@design.live.

We retain only the request, contact details, audit state, and non-reversible abuse fingerprints. Raw IP addresses are not stored in this ledger.
